Ok this may be the stupidest question asked but how do i get the rotor(dist) off my ea82t. The new one came with a caution saying that theres a screw of some sort blah blah dont over tighten. so where the hell is this screw?

little phillips head screw on the back of the rotor.. don't strip it

if you feck up the screw, you can pull the dizzy, but be sure to turn the motor till the rotor points straight forward, mark the timing, and pull the ditzy and get that screw out (had to drill mine ) just be sure to put it back in the same way!

and line up the bolts to your marks, and wha la! ..

what year is it? it might not have a screw if its 85 or 86
