I have an 82 GL now and was curious what our half shafts interchange with?

 

For example I see a brat half shaft 82-87 listed on ebay but lists nothing on other models. And there is a bunch more for othe rear GL models.

ALL ea81 4wd body style axles, front and rear are the same. only 2wd axles are different. Brat axles will work in your car.

2WD axles will fit too, just different sized shaft and joints. Same fit tho.

 

The rebuilt axles out there are mostly crap. Get the GCK "new" axles.... around here Autozone can order them.

Does anybody know of a manufacturer that makes 1st Gen Axles? I can't seem to get my hands on any so far
