I for some reason have spark to only two cylinders. At the d-cap there is fire on two only. I can reset the wires and start the the car on either 1-3 or 2-4 side, but can't get both to work. Any suggestions? I have checked and replced the cap and button and even tried an extra distributor that was laying around. All with the same results.:-\ :confused:

Could you have 2 bad wires?

I agree with St. Nickolas. Try changing the plugs wires to solve this trouble.
