Hey guys,

 

I have a 92 subaru loyale and I want to upgrade to a higher center cosole so my shifter isnt coming straight from the floor. What model cars and what years will work.

 

P.S. my interior is dark blue.

85 to 89 EA82's.

what is an E82?

EA82 is the engine in the generation of cars. Look for 85-89 DL/GLs. Look like a Loyale, just have the 85-89 badging. Also, I believe some of the Loyales had the plastic trim piece that went around the shifter.

 

Just look in junkyards until you find what you want.

about how much would i be looking at spending?

The real question is what's the point?

 

Probably about $10 - $20 depending on the yard, but I really don't see the need since you don't have a 4WD shifter.

there are consoles that dont have the spot for the 4wd lever but arent too common. ive seem them out there. thats your best bet
