Gen3 EA82T heads

Featured Replies

I'm on the lookout for some Gen 3 EA82T or Multipoint FI heads. (Without cracks). They're damn difficult to find in Australia, just wondering if they are more common overseas. If anyone has any that they want to sell (and ship to Australia), or knows where I could find some could you reply or email me with details. Thanks

Hello!

I have a set of gen III heads, no cracks.

I would trade for a set of these 14" X 6",

SMSG (Subaru Mortorsports Special group) magnesium alloys:

or these:

Here's what they look like mounted:

Thanks, Mark.

minor cracks but not bad, not the kind that ruin them,

would gladly sell

i ve been told these minor cracks are common

i do have 2 good sets of gen 3 and could be interested into selling or trading

IMO, if you never overheat or abuse your engine you won't gain anything by using gen 3 heads.

The only way you will get gen III heads in Australia is if they were imported as no model was imported by Subaru with these heads.

You might get lucky at the AuSubaru forum on

http://www.ausubaru.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl where some posters may have these heads.
