Hi guys, i have a 1999 2lt impreza wagon.

 

i have done all the easy mods air filter, spark plugs, full stainless exhaust etc.

 

i was thinking about getting the ecu re-mapped and was wondering what your views on this were.

 

heard i can get around 340 bhp from this company http://www.powerstation.org.uk/subaru_tuning.asp

i'd check out NASIOC for all sorts of impreza turbo upgrade info.

Of course it will work, if bhp means British Horse Power and 5 bhp = 1 hp

for an EcuTek reflash, you need a turbo setup first :-\

 

if you want more power, honestly, sell your car and buy a used wrx

 

turbo "kits" dont work on these cars

 

and a turbo swap will cost you thou$and$ to do

bhp = brake horsepower. Brake horsepower is the Hp at the crankshaft without any accessories (alt water pump etc).
