Nope. Gotta break out the sawzall. Maybe just maybe you could "reshape" the metal?

Garner put an EA82T in gen 1 brat. I didn't look at the install too closely, but it didn't look like the frame had to be clearanced much.

thought so.. thanks.. I'll hold that for my last resort.. lol

We put an EA82T in a 78 Brat. Didn't cut the frame rails. Simply repositioned the motor a little.

 

If I did it again, I would box the frame rails in. It looks nicer
