Tacoma PAP update

Featured Replies

Seeing how Ed was kind enough to give a PAP update for up north, I thought I would add mine for down south.

Couple of Legs, 2 wagons and 2 sedans.

A pristine 81 wagon, the seats are dirty but otherwise perfect. Really low mileage and the whole car is a beauty. Just lots of mold.

A 82? hatch, looking like a turkey after T-Day now:rolleyes:

About 4-5 EA82 wagons, 2 are turbo (rear discs).

And the biggie, just came out of staging while I was there....

87 RX, white of course.

And missing the LSD rear end (see my for sale thread:-p )

I might go back to grab the drivers seat. It had some wear but otherwise unripped. The engine block is still in, but the rest of the engine is in the back. Still has the body kit. If you want/need parts, let me know. I'm going back today I think.

The yahoos in the yard laughed when I asked them if they could put the car in a dry spot. Said it would be dry in a few weeks:rolleyes: I had to remove the diff while in a puddle, but got creative and used stuff laying around to build a platform and stayed somewhat dry.

Found out the seatbelts are different between 87 and 89 also. Why couldnt Subaru be more consistant in the 80's?.

  • 2 weeks later...

turbone, i really need a rear airdamn, and side skirts off that car if they are still there, i would gladly pay your time ect, or trade for parts that you might need

pm me if you can help me out, thanks

Well, I was unable to make it down there this weekend, but its great to hear that the trans is still in there! I'll probably have a chance to grab those after finals.
