RX worthyness

Featured Replies

Ok, found some options....

with rallyruss's honda spring upgrade for the rear....and some new options for impreza stuff on the front, by using XT6 5 lug conversion....

would it be worth it to take this RX, and turn it into some kind of ultimate G puller in the turns? I think ive got the power department covered, and drivetrain.

Ok, so no one cares! Its a g puller now....just needs a few little tweaks here and there....an it'll pull even MORE G's.

Watch out you'll either become "The G man" or Mr. G - I pity the fool that can pull more g's than me.

whats this? i haven't heard of this. can you tell us more, i'll need some rear suspention soon. thanks

sounds like a kick rump roast car youre buildin. I've seen rallyruss' car with the honda springs, and that rear end is tight! Its boosted a bit, and its sitting stiff. I think he found a very impressinve upgrade. That along with impreza front struts sounds like a nice combo...

do you have a strut tower brace yet? what size sway bars are you running front and rear?

Actually, I found springs that fit the stock RX struts, and the rears too. But they were not accord springs. Now that I own a WRX, I can safely say, that the RX would out corner and out run, up to 110MPH, a stock WRX.

But that it matters now, the RX doesnt like my engine project, so its toast.
