August 12, 200718 yr ive been reading the "road test" kinda hard its very small but they mention the rally spec getting a bigger front swaybar. i cant for the life of me see why they would want that. they say a front lsd made the car undriveable on loose surfaces, i could imagine that. what happened here? looks like they had an accident? or are running no castor?
August 26, 200718 yr Author good eye, that definately left a mark. Front lsd, yuck, that would drive like an entirely different animal. I like the way mine locks to the gravel road. turbo traction for sure. :burnout:
August 26, 200718 yr Yeah i don't see the reson for a front LSD? I mean that would make the front slide more right? IDK?? I think the way it is stock is the best way..
August 26, 200718 yr Yeah i don't see the reson for a front LSD? I mean that would make the front slide more right? IDK?? I think the way it is stock is the best way.. the issue with having an open front diff is when it gets slick the one of the front wheels gets all the power and just spins giving it essentially rwd characteristics. so yes the front sld would make it a little harder to turn but it allows you to exit strait and that makes for faster runs.
August 26, 200718 yr Yeah i guess your right, It would make a faster runs if you can exit strait.. I still wouldent do that anyway..
