Hi This is Jerry, if you click on my photos and the yellow hatchbrat has a full set of those center caps. They are from jackman company. Thanks Jerry

All early subaru's up to about 75 had hubcap mounted from the centre bolt, not from the wheel nuts or clip on, and looking at the script it isn't subaru so i feel it is an aftermarket cap, not genuine
