I spent this morning searching the archives and probably missed it, but is it possible to rotate the compressor outlet on a TDO4 while maintaining the vertical inlet/outlet of the oil supply line? I know the waste gate diaphram won't work anymore but I intend to make this a manual control anyway.

I'll look into it. I have a dead TD04 in the garage.

you can, but then i think that the braket for the wastegate wont line up right with the holes in the compressor housing. i think thatwas the td04 i tried that on. i think its only like 6 bolts holding it in place,give it a try, worst case, you have to rotate it back and tighten it down.

you are looking at "re clocking" the turbo housings. that might help you in your search.
