The front seats do (even newer models still have same bolt places). Rear seats might because the legacy was mostly upgraded on exterior and dash.

They'll probably sit a bit higher in the front.

 

If they're height adjustable the driver's I think will be about an inch or so higher at the lowest position.

 

I have 02-03 WRX seats and they're almost too high for me at 6'2.
