well the RX doesn't have power steering.. and the parts wagon does..

 

since i'll be pullin the engine here at some point i was thinkin about swappin the power steering rack over to the RX so the wife can drive it..

 

can this be done? the wagon is 2wd and the RX is well 4wd..

i was thinkin it might be just a bolt in thing, take the old one out, bolt in the power rack along with the lines, and whala instant power steering.. but i'm not sure if that'll work or not, or if it'll be that easy..

 

any input on this would be greatly appreciated..

I haven't done this swap and I'm not sure but I think this should be a direct bolt in swap. Rack, lines, pump.

I recall Richie talking about a power steering swap he did. You may want to contat him.
