I did a little searching for a disc brake hardware kit today and didn't turn anything up. Do you any of you guys know where to find a hardware kit for the front discs? Reveeen Posted May 15, 2008 Share Posted May 15, 2008 Hardware kit? A disk brake "hardware kit" is simply shims that go behind the pads. A "caliper kit" is the seals and slider seals, sometimes a piston, sometimes not, sometimes sliders, sometimes not.
