August 24, 200817 yr Nice turnout! ea82s eh? I was right behind you, No but really, it's amazing how the trail has eroded over the years. I recognized the "Shark Fin" right away! I really dig the sedan, beautiful car.
August 24, 200817 yr I had a great time. What a feeling it was to go through a full day without a broken axle. Congrats Jeff! Next time I will remember to bring my camera.
August 25, 200817 yr Nice turnout! ea82s eh? I was right behind you, it's amazing how the trail has eroded over the years. I recognized the "Shark Fin" wow things sure change, I am so sore today went on more trails then I ever had, on the EA82s 2 have EJ22S and 1 has a EA81

August 25, 200817 yr That looks like it was heaps of fun. The only thing we've got like that terrain for a good 400km is a 1km long dry weather only track. You make sure you enjoy what you've got there enough for me as well!
August 26, 200817 yr Author I fugured out why I couldn't get anymore than 7 pics I have a 3 min video of my leg and the floor. I wish I could have ogt more pics but Woody and doug got quite a few, Maybe I can get all of their pics. Jeff
August 26, 200817 yr No but really, it's amazing how the trail has eroded over the years. I recognized the "Shark Fin" right away! Kinda makes you realize why they keep all the trails so harshly regulated. Looks to me like there has been maybe an 18+ inch drop next to the shark fin. Just think, alot of that dirt has been hauled back into town.
August 26, 200817 yr The "Worm" trail at Evans has dropped feet over the years. The rocky area before the crest of lower 311 has really changed. Maybe the biggest change is the rock climb under the power lines at Reithers. You can barely even tell it's the same place these days. When we first went past that rock at Walker V, you had to drive over it or scrape past the wall next to it. At least one of the rigs with us lost a corner light there.
