My brothers subaru has some major problems.It runs great[wish my subie ran that good]But awhile back the entire back suspension,driveshaft and everything broke off the body.I knew the car was rusty just didn't know it was that bad.Been looking for a replacement body but was wondering what's the easiest way to fix it.

Can't be repaired. The suspension mounting surfaces have rusted away.

get a carcass from somewhere with no salt. Texas, Oregon, Washington.... you could likely find a rust free carcass here free with no engine or transmission.

Any idea how much a rust free carcass would cost to ship??? I would love to get a rust free brat or hatch but I live in Maine so it would be a long trip to get it!

I wish I could find a good rust free body or even one with very little rust..It's my brother's car but it ran really good,it be a waste to junk it.

There is a rust free shell at a local JY here in connecticut but i cant even imagine how much it would cost to ship.
