February 9, 200917 yr My coil seems to have a bunch of tiny little cracks. They look tiny and are barely noticeable but id rather be safe. Would a MSD Blaster 2 be a good idea for live $35? Update on my exhaust video post: will be posting in a day or two, gonna be repairing some weld cracks.
February 10, 200917 yr Would a MSD Blaster 2 be a good idea for live $35? The Blaster 2 should work just fine. There are a few members here that have them and they, to the best of my knowledge, haven't had any issues attributed to the MSD coils. I hope this helps and good luck on your exhaust project. Patrick
February 10, 200917 yr I Have Accel`s Super Stock High Vibration Coils with Great Results... if you want an Accel Coil, I Suggest you to use a "Made in USA" one... The High Vibration Coil is filled with Epoxy instead of Oil... and Gives over 45,000 Volts too. Kind Regards!
February 10, 200917 yr Author Checked and I found the Accel. Here in Puerto Rico the BLaster 2 is $37.99 and the Accel is $49.99. Is the accel worth the extra $$? Im going to be using my autozone rewards to buy it lol
