January 18, 200422 yr We only got a couple of inches, but enough to have a little fun. I wanted to check out the new snow tires, so I took the Legacy into some forest service roads at a local state forest. Had a good time, and the tires did well with one complaint. It took a lot of work to get the wheels spinning for donuts. I went alone, so there are no action shots. I did however get a nice portrait of the Legacy with my new rims and tires. Not bad for about $200.
January 19, 200422 yr Nice looking wheels! Great deal. I actually had the opportunity to kick the outback sideways on my road a couple of times this weekend. I was by myself and nobody was on the road. The rear kicking out is such a breath of fresh air after driving so much FWD lately. The acceleration even when sideways is amazing. WooooHooooo!

January 19, 200422 yr I went to lunch with a friend of mine today in the 91. He has an old 91 Jimmy, and is currently driving around a 00 Grand Prix. I went sideways out of his work's parking lot, and TOTALLY made him jealous. He seriously wants his Jimmy back now
January 19, 200422 yr SIDEWAYS! I went there today. Mucho fun. I haven't said it in a couple of days, but MAN, I'M DIGGIN' THE AWD! What I really love is taking off from a light on a nasty, snow-covered road and watchin' everybody get smaller in the rearview- tires spinnin' away... :-p
