looking for advice

 

notice my image, i have filed the mating surface quite a bit, and am worried about leaks in the future if it corrodes more

also the throttle body area hose connector is no good

what would you do, replace the mafifold or run form a gasket on the surfaces and hope that tube never rusts off?

Personally...I wouldnt run the risk of that thing breaking....or causing leaks because you will be right back there fixing it...I would buy a new one or a good used one....Fix It Right The First Time....

I would get a different water pipe. If you need one I have a couple.

if you change you coolant often, no. this one died from neglect.
