fuel pump

Featured Replies

I think this goes in this forum... I am in need of a fuel pump for a 1989 RX Turbo Coup. Someone on the Brat group told me he heard that one of the Ford truck pumps could be used but he didn't remember which one. Any suggestions or recommendations?

I wouldn't mess around with anything but a subaru specific pump. I know you can get one for your rx type car or '85-'89 turbo wagon. Also I believe that spfi pumps of the ea82 variety are the same as well.

Welbro makes an inline pump that will bolt up with little mods. but 255lph may be a bit more than you need right now...

I got a summit generic trick flow which is a competitor for the walbro. Stupid thing was defective right out of the box so I sent it back... Now I'm waiting... and wishing I'd spend the extra $70 on the walbro....:-\
