June 9, 200916 yr I picked it up today from the original owner, its been sitting since 2004. 2TC engine, 5 Speed, RWD, Deluxe model, a $20 junkyard battery, a squirt of starting fluid, some fresh gas, and she fired right up and drove out of the woods and right up onto the trailor. Here's some pics, a deep cleaning is first on the list, then the radiator it suposedly needs, and any other little things. Just figured I would share my little non sooby score. Now if only I could find a Brat like this. Edited June 11, 200916 yr by Ken_B
June 9, 200916 yr Sweet find! That would make an amazing drift car or a sweet restoration project. That's so cool, I would love to have one of those... Twitch
June 9, 200916 yr hey i just got one of those the other day for free but mine is a 1977 corolla SR5 coupe 5 speed RWD has the race stryle guages i agree they are neat little cars
June 9, 200916 yr Nice car. I see what looks like an uncut dash with the original radio and everything! Do minimal mods if any. Those are emerging classics/antiques.
June 10, 200916 yr Author Awesome!! We never find anything like that around here, the rust always gets it Thanks for the complements guys. Its got a little rust in the rear quarters but nothing serious, I cleaned it up today, its pretty nice lookin now, and took it for a spin. Found the leak in the radiator, not fixable, and that the water pump is on its way out, no biggie, and adjusted the carb. I have to say I'm likin it, its a great little car especially considering it was free. More pics lol Edited June 11, 200916 yr by Ken_B
