The 2000 Outback I bought in Jan is wearing thin already. I just don't like the car. I was thinking about getting a Baja this time next year. I am leaning toward the 5spd turbo. Anyone have one?

I have a non turbo baja 5 speed. Love it. Keep in mine its more or less mechanically identical to your 2000 outback.

 

Negatives are it only seats 4 and i am scared to haul more than 1200 pounds with it (ya i know thats overloading it as is)

I have an '05 Turbo 5 Speed.

 

Love it to death.

 

Also have an '05 Outback Turbo 5 Speed.

 

Baja was bought 9 months after Outback, yet the Baja has 4 times the miles put on it. It is plain fun and sneaky quick to drive.

My buddy has the 5mt, non turbo. With the topper its the perfect camping vehicle, hauls much much more than the outback.
