August 11, 200916 yr I going to be pulling some parts from a donor, the include Shocks and struts Springs Steering Rack Power steering pump Power steering reservoir AC Compressor Alternator (Looks new but its a Hitachi?) Air Flow sensor air intake box I was wanting to clean up and restore everything I could before installing them into my daily driver. What paint would be adequate for these parts that would take the heat? Should I just use some engine enamel for the engine bay parts and some regular spray paint for the suspension and steering rack.
August 11, 200916 yr Try looking at VHT by Dupli-Color. They have a wide range of paints (Alot for high heat) And cool colors and textures.. VHTpaint.com, you can buy it at mostly any autoparts store. -Tom Edited August 11, 200916 yr by TheLoyale
