Tim Hausler
I have a 2005 Forester with 130K mi the 2.5L NON turbo engine. I started with CEL fault codes for missfireing on #1 and 4. I have replaced the plugs that were worn out, plug wires, coil pack. Currently the car will crank but will not start. I have spark and fuel. When I opened the air box the butterfly flapper on the top of the throttlebody stay shut like no air is getting to the engine. On hot day I can get the car to run but rough, on cold mornings it will not start. HELP can anyone assit. thanks Tim

Durania
sounds like a bad cts. Coolant temperature sensor does sound like a good place to start.
