    you wont have no fire with a bad cam or crank sensor,and yes the check engine light will tell you that.

    i have to disagree,valvoline won awards for their high milage oil because of these additives and now everybody has a high milage oil,sometimes they work sometimes not,but it darn sure cant hurt.

    your pcv could be sticking,they will leak at the weakest seal when this happens.just a thought.

    the first thing is to see what codes are coming up,there is a lot of guessing,but the codes will steer you in some direction.

    in the tire business its called a radial pull,new,old it dosent matter any one can have it,if the tires are new they should replace it,putting it on the rear is a bandaid fix.that tire will be the first to break a belt and cause a wobble.

    theres another post right now with about the same thing but he has 2nd and reverse,whats the chance these are clutchs too?im no trans guy but clutchs dont sound right,probally wrong but ?

    gnoman,thanks.i relly thought that the clutchs would wear at the same rate,maybe slip but not give out alltogether as a single gear.

    i dont think you could go fast enough in reverse to hear a bearing,ill go with brakes.

    dont know if there is any difference,but think about this,a used turbo trans may not be in as good of condition as a non turbo.

    the next time you drive the car pay attention when you go around a left hand turn,this loads the rf bearing a little more and the noise should be more noticeable,if not probally the brakes wore down to metal.

    next time you need some help maybe somebody will sell you thier magic wand,if you have done it that much why dont you tell him how,maybe he dont have the funds for a haynes manual.

    this dont even sound like a 02 sensor problem,take it to one of them free places and let them hook it up and see what it says.

    my only thoughts on this would be that you need a seperate ground for this radio,maybe the antenna is not a ground[most are but some not],try a ground from the case of the unit to a known ground.

    my guess is , they cant find it in the wheel because its most likely a busted boot and a dry axle.just a guess.

    the only leak on my 2.2 at 242,000 is the valve covers.

    you are right,thats going to make it tough to figure out now.

    i should have mentioned that on 4 wheel discs,the parking brake is actually shoes inside of the rear rotor,these are adjustable at the wheel also.

    have you tried driving in the manual mode?[button on side of shifter]?

    the cover around the handle will come off,there is a adjustment under the handle,if this is ok look at cable,pads.

    does the green power light on the dash flash at any time? there is a way to get codes from this.

    i dont think manuals have a fuse,never had one so dont know?

    3rd and 4th clutch pack? what the hell is that?
