I used the posted under all the forums with false titles so people would open and read it and it was about me wanting to the 3day walk for a cure. asking anyone who can give a dollar. The Moderators did their jobs and took my posting down. I was wrong and wanted to tell all the members of the USMB that I am sorry. It was that night that they Navy called me up and ordered me back.

hey everyone I just wanted to say I am really sorry about last week. I was way out of line and I hope that you all can accept my apology. I am now in Iraq for a short stay, I was re-activated by the US Navy. I have been told I should only be here for about a month or so, just long enough till they get some replacements here. I am in Navy, as CTR. NO what I am doing is not top secret or anything like that. I really am looking forward to getting home to my beloved Subaru's. I hope you all have a very safe and fun spring of Wheeling. I hope I will be welcome to join you guys on a few muddy trips.

so i found a killer deal but its only a 2000lb winch. its only like 60 bucks. what do you guys think? i am thinking my soob is more than 2000lbs. 83wagon?

i love those front bumpers in the pics. i want to get one of those for my outback. i think they are the best aftermarket bumper i have ever seen

looks great, how did you work around the carb? or is your car EFI? if it is carbed could you take some pics of the box around the carb.

ok just got my email of PK Davis. My lift should be ready in 2 weeks. :headbang: I figure a few days for delivery. So was thinking sometime in April to put it on. I really have no idea what I am doing. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to help me out? I will be supplying a dry garage, I have all the tools I think, and of course Pizza, POP, and BEER.

i hope i get more responses to my call for help when i get ready to lift my car than i did with the front end work i did this weekend.

I finally have the money saved up and I am going to buy a PK Davis Lift. Here is the question? Which one do I get? I have an 83 gl wagon and I want 27" tires. So I am thinking I want to go with 3"/4" lift what do you guys think? anyone have any comments or recommendations?

yeah i might wait till i get my lift:-\ i am hoping to have it by the end of april:confused: i am thinking about going with a PK Davis lift

where is reiters pit at? i dont know if my soob can do it? it has not had its lift yet but i would be game.

i am not much of a mechanic but i would love to come and help just let me know if i would be a help or would i just be in the way?
