An Aussie locker cost $239 new. I got one in my frontend and really like it. It is a bit more managable while turning. It is the same basic thing as a Loc-Rite just friendlier in the front.

Yes, I agree with 91Loyale. You can switch 3rds on 8" Toy axles. It would be a little easier on the birfs of the front axles shafts.

This run will be set up for people that need experince, have less equipt rigs, Wanna see Evans and/or just wanna enjoy the day. Meet at Evans in the enterence parking lot around 9:30AM. We will hit the trail no later then 10:AM. Depending on whom and what type of rigs show will depicked what trails are done. As of right now the trails will be the 311 lower and upper, 520 to the 198 and down, 199 and maybe the 102 down. We can do other trails after that depending on what time is left. Rig requirements: No broken down junk. Common since. Street legal. Lift and agresive tires. Rear locked, welded what ever. Recovery gear. Tools and extra parts. Your own food and liquids. CB (if possible) channel 4 You will need a park pass for this ORV area. They can be purchase in Wilkerson at the Cheveron gas station on the right. Let me know. It would be cool to see some Subarus out there. This is also posted on the NW-Wheeler site.

I am going to put together another NOOB run for Evans on June 25th. Be cool to hook up with ya then. Like to see some Subs out there, of course everyone at any skill level is invited as long as their rig is trail ready. I will post up something soon.

Had a good time. Between the Toyota and the Jeep we dumped 4 loads. It will never stop amazing me how many pigs are out there. 69 people particapated in the event. I did see a white looked to be lifted hatch at the bottom of the 102. He or she should use a little more common sense when picking trails. Single track is for MotoX.

Here is a NOOB run being held at Reiter. These runs are maining to cater to the newbe wheeler or less build rigs. You can still attend if you are a seasoned wheeler. Everyone else does, its like a huge party. Lots of fun, I will be there if gas doesn't go to $10 a gallon. Cut and paste from the NW Wheeler board. I am going up This Saturday also 4/28 if anyone wants to do that. I should be at the enterance of the 311 around 10:AMish. Let me know about 5/5. I will show up there around the same time same place. Yes, The cage is complete I will bring my touch up paint in case it gets a scratch I will post a few pics Friday evening when it is at home.
