ok for all you joker guys. i took off my cat. and that was the problem. clogged like no other. so im not stupid, i was looking for more advise. and the carb.. its was sparkling clean, there was a set of pumps and the first ones mounting brackets were worn out, the pump affects the idle it had ajustment lines on it. thats fixed. and now i gotta drop the trans. clean the crap out of it and replace the throw out bering. so guys quit calling me young n dumb. after this is fixed i have to do front axels. i might need some actual help there. altho its self explanitory i dont wanna mess up. (ive only serviced toyotas, they are a little different)

thatnx you save me time i woulda lost lookin for up grades. i found the problem tho. there was a rats nest in the ac unit. haha

hey, that was cool meeting you. i bought that brat, and its well on its way to being a mean machine. i wanted to say thanx for the tire info, that really helps. im gonna go get some now. we should go wheelin sometime in the future.

i just changed the oil and cleaned the carb. i bought Bondo for the dents and rust spots and supplies for a cool air intake with turbo option. paint for the engine compartment and the dash + inside door panels (stainless custom) i bought blue LED lights for under the dash and all weather off road truck lights. 3 rocker switched going to; the fuel pump, the off road lights and the LED's. i changed the ignition to push button start with anti-theft main switch. and what i have left to go; Tuff bed liner roll on kit (for the whole car, it adds strenght to the metal + its a anti scratch) a 3 inch lift with good size wheels, baffel wrap for the cab and carpet with medium seats, full engine hyper tune. and install my custom grill.

the heater doesnt work. i want to upgrade it... is there another subaru that has a heater that is compatable?

its in the off road cause its a 4x4 and im going to be lifting it soon

ive got all the lighting,shaved handels, antitheft ignition, wheels and paint coverd. ive been lookin for engine swap info. i want to up grade soon but i dont know what i can fit in the brat. (keepin it subaru) i want a turbo.

yea i think your timing is off. if not then it was set for hi performance or better acceleration, so the carb can be tunes to compensate. kody
