Looks like fun but not for cage drivers. They say NASCAR guys think GP Guys are crazy and GP guys think NASCAR guys are nutz. To each his own, But I agree give it to someone not aware of pain and deah and lets see what that thing will do on the 1/4!!!

How about the question of rough idle on a fresh EA81 Timing seems on but won't idle under 1200. Vacume leak? Some other way to find them beside the carb cleaner trick? Thanks Guys, New to this Forum but allready finding tons of usefull info.

FI Coversion for less than 500 bucks huh? is it CA Smog Legal?

Having kind of the same issue on an EA81 new motor. What would be the Cable issue?

New motor (thanks CCR) in the 87 GL and it won't idle. rough as hell under 1200 and dies will not stay running. Timin seems on and it seems to be a feul issue. Car is new to us so no idea how it was running before the swap past to say that it was running we drove it into the garage but nobody was paying attention to idle speed. We have checked the idle speed screw and even backed off all the way and tried to reset. at seemingly propper timing it will not adjust down to idle speed. anyone have any idea for helping us get this thing to idle? Any help would be great. Thanks
