  1. yeah but doesnt any crap fly in there? And you paid $500 for your T-wag!@ That's what i paid for mine $570!!
  2. Well can you get a pic of what they are? And how to put them in? Just so i can get a better idea on what youre talking about.......
  3. Yeah i think i ran across a thread about that once... And thank's for the correction on Easier:lol:
  4. Yeah but what about road debris and water/salt! If salt gets in there it will be a *************** getting the bolts for the pullys and tensioners loose And if i diside to go trail riding/off-roading it would benice to have them on.... I've been talking to Miles and he said the same thing but dident recamend it... But it would be easyer to check the belts...... Is that even a word? easyer??
  5. Yeah i guess zip ties are the way to go. I mean it's not a really important part on the car. it's just a dust/debris cover....... Well if i get the bolts i'll use them and then nexted time if there really bad then i'll use zip ties.. Thank's all:burnout:
  6. Yeah i guess the bolts for the rear covers are in good enuff shape. Dunno for sure can't see them? Zip ties!? It's not a bad idea. Well will see how it go's and if theres no way to get the bolts then i'll do the zip tie thing i guess..... Thanks' man.
  7. Yeah theres an Ace right downtown! But the only thing is some bolts are diffrent langths. That's what the guy are Subaru said... And as for money it's only $16.34, I know it would be $16 bucks i wouldnt need to spend. But i don't know all the sizes/langths of the bolts.. I know the heads are 10mm IIRC....
  8. Well i when to Subaru are said i needed all the bolts/nuts for the T-belt cover on my EA82.. And he looked them up on there FSM and he put an order in. But he said he'll call my if he can't get them. I did that Saturday and still no word! I hope i can get them!! So what i'm asking is if anyone has all the bolts/nuts for the EA82 T-belt covers. And if there in good shape. Not rusty. Just incase he calls and says there not able to get them anymore. Thanks all, Tom:headbang:
  9. So what your saying is if the U-joints have been replaced then it will have a grease fitting? Or no?
  10. Humm? I don't recall seeing any grease fittings on the drive shaft? I'll look tommorw... Thank's man
  11. Ooooo! Damm that's a good idea! Why dident i think of that:slobber: Cool i'll give that a try tommorow.. And yeah it would be 5 o clock moveing toward 12. thank's for the great idea!
  12. Ya know i just can't picture that?? Does anyone else know what he means? So where would i put the Wrench/breaker bar in the jack? And how would doing that make the plug come loose? maybe i'm not thinking good:lol: Later
  13. What would happen if i heated it up a little? Would that be bad?
  14. They would do that! :-\ I dident know they would.... I know i can get it loose maybe.. But my dad says i'm going to bust the cover.. IDK?? From what everyone says on here you can't break it to easy. That's good old dad for ya... Will see how it go's Thanks
  15. No offnece but isnt that like a Half rump roast idea? Now that's like spring spacers an't it?
  16. what is the 4WD system on a EA82 wagon with AT S/R? Which grabs more? Front or Rear? Or is it 50/50?
  17. Yeah that is strange? Well i was watching mithbusters a few weeks ago and they said that all glass has it's times where it fails. Like you could hit your windshiled all day and then one time a few days later you could do it again and it will shater or crack? Wierd huh?? So maybe it was just a combo of things? Like it was hot and you had the windows down and you might be putting more stress on it then little bumps/shakes And then it cracked?? Or it's was a defect? And it took 20years to happen??? Who knows.... But i hope you find the reason....
  18. See now that's the problem with lower wisconsin. Theres no J-yards that have Subaru's nor anything past 95 That i've found?! And what would jacking up the car do? I could use a breaker bar with a metle pipe if i take the drivers side wheel off. I've been useing a 1/2" ratchet with a rubber malet but that doesnt work. And a breaker bar ratchet with a rubber malet. But still can't get it to move? But the bottem one moves:banana: So that sucks...... I can drain it but won't be able to fill it:lol: Aaaaaaaa dunno......... Thank's bro
  19. Alright thanx alot man. I'll have to make a run to a store and get some.... IF I GET THE FILLER PLUG OUT!!
  20. PS: What oil do i put in it? 80W gear oil?
  21. Hahaha, Well hey you got it off.... And well i got the drain plug loose.. Not off!!.. Now once i get the filler one off i'll be happer.... And no i did not drain the oil! I'm not that dumb:)
  22. Oh wow its that strong! Cool i'll see about doing that today.. And yeah i know the right way. It's lefty loosey...... Thanks
  23. Yeah ok! But i'm a little afraid about busting something?? Will that happen? How much torque can the diff cover and plug take? But i will try that. Thanx Tim:) Tom
