  1. If you need any info on getting the brakes get ahold of me. I am replacing the whole brake system on my 79 brat. You should also replace the brake lines and the only place that I have found those for the front is at rock auto. Good Luck!
  2. Don't forget about the rain that you said you had, besides my two brats and legacy I also have a Datsun and when it rains or I go through a deep puddle water gets up in the boots on the manual steering and it becomes hard to steer until it dries out.
  3. I have had 11 subarus over the past 7 years and I am still searching for a good subaru service department. I have finally found a good parts department at the local subaru dealership, and I try and do all of the work my self, unless it is under warranty. There still are small problems, but subarus ROCK:banana:
  4. I took one off of a hatch and put it under my 83 Brat and it fit up with no problems.
  5. I will keep an eye out up here for your car. I know it is a long shot but we have alot of meth addicts up here and alot of out of state stolen cars show up on our 4x trails. Good luck- a person without a subaru, is incomplete.
  6. I have a weber carb on my 83 Brat, it was very simple to install, added more power, and looks cleaner.
