I swaped the rad and its has new hoses ...

New as in freshly rebuilt. No more then 600 miles on it. I've been rallyin it so its had lots of bumpin up and down and hill climbs. I've been toppin it of ill do the hill trick tho. It will over heat just driving down the road

Timing is on radiator swapped full of coolant. Both fans work. Even pulled the thermostat. Im stumped please help its a new engine

I found a ej22. I can't find the swap info. Can someone post a link? Like I said im on my sidekick not a computer. I wanna make sure I gather everything ill need before the swap.

Well it runs hot. I know a can can do that. But to be honest I like the sound of straight pipe. Advancing the disty actually improves performance depending on the position, mine is all the way clockwise so advancing it a tooth will give me play room in the best performance zone. I know I sign'd for the job id just like a little peace now that im back home. Well the engine is new the compression is good...

Im not stupid I know a clogged cat cuts performance. Yea the plug looks like it was hit. Either that or welded from the heat. im kinda lookin for friends on here not people who lash out. Its just text and internet. I think rod 3 is startin to knock. So the ej22 is comin soon. Id really like help. I just did 7 months of gettin yelled at by drill sargents. Gimme a break

Im gonna advance the disty a tooth and cut the cat off. It over heated and knocked a plug shut. Dangit! I replaced the plug. Well im puttin the ru up on the lift tonight and replacing the rear diff. Also gonna make the Y for when I cut the cat off. Ill be lookin for a ej22 or 25 soon...

C E L? Idk um its all clean I cleaned the fuel system. Im about to cut the cat off. Im runnin straight pipe. I hate cats they rob horsepower. The only thing it does is kinda bog at high speed 4 and 5th. So it couldn't be a fuel pressure regulator.

I know it has 26's on it but still its eatin gas like crazy. The air filter is good. It smells like its runnin rich... any tips? Never really had this problem with a FI

well i did some research and i wanna run a ej25, but just a wrx not sti.i found a 2007 wrx engine for $3000. its worth it to me. so when i actually buy the engine i will cut the rails accordingly get the harness stripped and do all of the mount and radiator space mods. i know ill need and adapter plate cause im runnin the dua; range. also a front disk conversion.. pics coming soon to show you what it looks like and what i have done to it.

mine does that. thats stock struts with crappy extension stops, the shock extends real fast and as it maxes out it thumps on the end of the rubber bumper on the inside, the spring really amplifies the sound. but thats mine i havent heard yours.
