My 1993 Loyale: Work In Progress
Haha - I've only been doing the easy stuff. I haven't even attempted to restore the body at all. My dad was going to take the old hood to the dump but I wouldnt let him because that's what I'm going to practice sanding/priming/painting on. You have a thread for yours yet? If you ever need help give me a holler. I've got a pretty full schedule but hey... I'm up for a few hours of fun. ---------------- Now playing: Lady Antebellum-Just A Kiss via FoxyTunes

My '92 Loyale: Safariwagon
That's the best setup for working on car I've seen yet! Makes me wish I had another wagon to backup to my Loyale to use as a work bench and boombox instead of running around to the back of the car every time I need a different tool...

BRAT Meet 2011 - Leavenworth
Is there cell phone reception in that area? Being memorial day weekend I'd imagine the possibility that your spot may be taken. Of course I don't know that area at all so perhaps not. But if it is, and you cant camp there, do you have a 2nd choice, or a way of contact? Just wondering

BRAT Meet 2011 - Leavenworth

My 1993 Loyale: Work In Progress
So I straightened that fender out much as I could... I got the headlights to attach for the most part. :-p And wired in that one bulb. New and old alts new^ old^ Poetic no? Battery stuff This is the positive one (obviously) its an old fixture but it works fine, the negative was similar but it wouldnt tighten down enough to make good contact with the terminal so I replaced it... New negative... Happy?

BRAT Meet 2011 - Leavenworth
If I can go, I'd prefer to camp with somebody as it will likely be JUST me. Is that the plan? to group camp?

Back to topic... :-p Do you have a thread on this car yet? We do love pictures, so if you post pics of everything you do to it, people will be very pleased.

Yes it is! I do believe there's more out there than I've seen before... or at least in a long time! Didn't notice the GL but I also didn't have much time to browse before they closed yesterday. And I wish I'd had my car there so I could run back and forth!!! haha. Alas - I shall soon. Good luck in the yard today!

My 1993 Loyale: Work In Progress
SO - I've done a lot to my car lately. I'll probably forget something... I put the hood on, I attached the headlights, replaced the alternator, replaced the negative... battery terminal... thing. I spliced in new bulbs for the marker light on the passenger side, and scraped the paint off my steelies. I'm hopefully going to be ordering some new tires tomorrow, putting insurance on it, and changing the oil next week. Then next paycheck I'll get some offroad lights to mount somewhere. By then I'll have my mud and snow allseasons on and I'll be ready to go! My power locks stopped working :-\ and I still need to read my CEL code. Also I'd like to put some sort of roof rack on for stability and.. well obviously so I could put something up there if I need to. I'm so excited for this car to be up and going! ---------------- Now playing: LADY ANTEBELLUM - I RUN TO YOU via FoxyTunes

Welcome to the board! I'm just across the border from ya! I noticed in another thread that you're going to Pull and Save soon.... I'll be there tomorrow around 4:30. So if you see a crazy girl with a little red toolbox with her head inside an EA82 engine bay... its probably me.
