I'm not sure which seats may fit into it, but here's what one guy did that works pretty good: http://www.subarubrat.com/seatconv.htm

Oh, I most certainly agree. You DO see a lot more wagons than Brats out there. I could be wrong on the number of Brats as well, as I don't even remember where I saw that number at. Thanks for all the help!
-
Yeah, I was looking at the MSRP for my brat, and it was like 7,260 something new. I was like... Is that it? I thought that I saw that there were 92,000 brats sold in the US as well. Thats not too many.

My friend said it didn't have a camper on it. I have one that is black with a camper shell on it, but I know it wasn't mine at all. I know that there's a parked subaru brat on Becard which is off of Brant, but he doesn't drive that one. I have a question for ya subieman, do you have a welder or know how to weld? I am looking for someone to help me put my black brat back together, and I need some stuff welded. I am willing to pay for any services rendered, but I don't have many friends who know how to weld. -

Huh. I'll have to check on that here quick. I like to know who owns these in my area. -
Does anyone know a site that has info on the production values of various subarus sold in the US? Particularly an 81 GL Wagon? Thanks a lot

It was indeed. I was on my way back from the wrecking yard, and happened to remember to swing by to see where you lived. I caught a glimpse of your wagon and knew that it was your place. I gave the stupidest wave ever though, I must've looked like a complete moron! But that was me. I live on Jaeger ct. which is off the north west side of Fantail. Its a culdesac, and you can spot a rambler in the driveway, and my white brat is usually parked dead ahead. -
OK Thanks. Will give it a try. Always willing to try something new! And learning how to fix my brat myself is a good thing, right?

Front bumper options for 82 Brat?
Jibs replied to greggbrat's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
No prob. Had to pick up soon cause the wrecking yard was moving out Fast. I will get photos ASAP, I might even buy one of those disposable cameras today. -
How hard would it be to take off the front passenger side fender on my brat? I got into a wreck with my 82 and my front fender is smashed up, along with my front turn signal, grille (Plastic) and my hood has a slight bend in it. I have another 82 brat that has a perfect fender and turn sugnal, so I was wondering how hard it would be to switch them myself. I don't know too much about fixing cars, but it doesn't seem to be too bad. Any suggestions on what I should do?

greggbrat, I picked up that bumper for you at the wrecking yard, it might be able to fit a small winch on it. I will get pics of it soon. -

Hell yeah, camping trips. Thats what its all about. Right now, I have 4 Brats, but only 2 are in commission right now. The first one I ever had is very old and has been beaten down like no other. My second one and I got into a wreck (Not my fault on the grounds that the other guy was a moron) and so I am driving right now a stock 85 Brat T Top with 99,000 miles on it. It only has about 70,000 on the engine though because the people I bought it from towed it around the Grand Canyon for years. I also have an 83 Brat that I am planning on making my 4x4 Brat with lift kit, winch, rollbar, and other stuff. We all should definitely hook up this summer. Peavine Mountain is my stomping grounds! -

Dang. I missed it, but let me know when you guys are gonna meet again, as I live in Reno as well all right? -
I asked him and they ARE 390mm's. I don't know what to do now, but hope that someone outbids me. DANG I say!
-
This is a stupid question, but what is the main difference between the regular 15's and the 390mm's?
-
Will the 390mm's fit on the Brat?

So is it the shape of the lights then? Or is that not even completely right? Thanks though for clearing that up. -

Don't the Gl's have 4 Lights up front, and Dl's only 2? Or was it that The Gl has a circular light and Dl's have a square light, I can't remember. -

Sweet score! Does it run? -
Thanks Qman. I have one more question, I want to put in an order for a lift kit from BYB, but I don't know the right way to go around to pay for it. I emailed pkdavis and haven't heard back from him yet. Do I send him a check along with the info on my Brat or how does that work. Thanks

No its not an allen key. Its kinda like that, but special. Its like an inset allen wrench kinda with teeth things on them.
