  1. that should be the A-15 ? from asian ? its the same as the R 150 front housing, but I beleve the input shaft is much longer, a spacer plate would have to be built to allow the use of the current bellhousing to accept it, but it can be done
  2. the housing uses everything right from the existing Subaru trans, pivot ball. clutch fork, slave cylinder, as well as the flywheel, pressure plate and starter, the disc is from the Toyota 22Re engine the throw out bearing and collar comes with the new housing
  3. I have shipped many times to australia and new zealand, shipping usually costs about $120.00 USD I would be glad to help you build your project

my E mail adress is japaneseauto1978@yahoo.com

  4. your shipped kody, i overnighted it, you should have it tomorow, saturday at the lastest
  5. its not about money kody dave already told you what you are asking for can not be done in the time line you want it done You are trying to force a creation, its not done that way, it takes time to create settle down, relax, money does not give you a claim in other peoples business
  6. you never paid the shippng Kody Its $120.00 priority or $38.00 bucks parcel post
  7. I was going to use the shifter from the Mitsubishi eclipse and make it so you could mount it like a short joy stick
  8. this is the casting shop where I have the patterns casted they build core boxes from sand and resien and then pour the aluminum then they are treated in a beader/ furnace to build in the hardness there is the first batch then I machine out all the raw castings
  9. there are a lot of shifter locaters for the W series, but they all overcharge for the stuff they sell, I wanted something a little nicer for less money I love under cutting the 'status quo' crowd I have to finish out the shifter for the Starion crowd soon, so it will be there, I just got to work out a couple things on the 6G72 V6 with the C 4 auto trans right now while its still fresh in my mind
  10. hey Mystro, give me a bump on my E mail, I want to get one of these to you next week Bill japaneseauto1978@yahoo.com
  11. did you get a chance on bolting yours up? did you complete your move yet?
  12. the kit runs $425.00 that includes the housing , throw out bearing and throw out bearing collar plus shipping I need to know what trans you intend to use before I can cut the housing, it can use either the W 55/59 Toyota trans in either 2wd or 4wd or it can use the R 151 & 150 Toyota trans in either 4wd or 2wd They will all be machined to use the 8 bolt engine bolt pattern
  13. Its all good, I spent some time building a work holder for this type of work for sanding and welding these are the 3 sizes, the one on the far right is the first pattern, it was built at 3% larger scale and roughed in the shape, the middle one is the first real casting and then adjustments were made to the weight and shape for casting drafts and expected shrinkage, then the final pattern is built on the left, it is the result of all the other work This is the final pattern, its built with no primer or body filler , its all aluminum so adjustments can be done after testing the first castings in the brigeport I ordered 10 housings this week, i will be able to machine them out and send out next week anybody that wants one can email me and i will get one out to you this next week bill japaneseauto1978@yahoo.com 419 367 1758 cell
  14. my wife had to undergo some tests, we thought the cancer had matestised to her bones she will require a hip replacement and we are hoping for some reconstructive plastic surgery this year we have been married 41 years
  15. yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh they are always angry about the 'one' that got away :lol::banana:
  16. because the front facing of the transmission extends below the center line so far, it would be impossible to 'draft' when casting the back of the belhousing has to be kept at and angle so the mold can be released after casting. I have to not only build in a draft angle in both directions, but also maintain at least a 1 to 2 % shrinkage when building the pattern are you moved back home yet? did your mom ask about me? >;o)
  17. I apoligize, I didnt know it was this important to you, I never take any money before I can back up what I say, I need to move on this as fast as I can
  18. its all good, very good I sold a bunch or stuff last week I hate to make promises but I do have to set deadlines, ( I can put the 'pro' in procrastination) I will have this adjusted pattern in casting the middle of next week and get some housings ready for this spring
  19. the two series of transmissions that are used are either the Toyota 'W' series trans ( from w 55 to 59 2wheel drive or 4 wheel drive) OR the 'R' series Toyota transmission ( either the R 150 or the R 151 from the V-6 Toyota truck in either 4wheel drive OR 2wheel drive) depending on how they are ordered is how they are machined The R 154 was avoided because the trans is getting harder to find and more expensive, so these two common transmissions were chosen, the R 154 input shaft is 3/4 inch longer and can be used in the R design bellhousing if needed, I would just need to custom build it I need to 'think' (relax and reflect) a liitle bit >;o) as always, whatever I have done, I can do better, after I am sure I like what I have done, I will build some
  20. do you need me to send you the flywheel you lent me?
  21. I had to finish this before i could come back to the Subaru bellhousing, i get idea's in my head that I have to finish before I go back to the other stuff this proto type is built to adapt the T 56 to the 2jz bellhousing.
