I recently came across a '05 WRX STI engine with 27k miles on it for $300.00 so I bought it in an instant and I want to install it into my '93 EA82 Loyale 5spd 2wd, But before I do this I want to do my homework and make sure it will work. So can this be done with little modifications? Do I have to change out the transmission and suspension as well and the engine?? Any other advice will be appreciated very much Thanks in advance -493

I have all the 4x4 parts to put into my 1993 Loyale, Will all of these parts just bolt on? Or will there be some welding and such needed? Any other help with this installation would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. -493

Is there any way to keep the batteries in the truck charged?? I just bought the last 14 lights last night but I'm kinda scared that it's not going to work I'm installing numerous amounts of accessories, besides just lights. most of it seems damn near impossible.

Haha Yes, yes 16 Lights. I wanna be able to have pretty much 360 degree lighting (4 on each side) when I'm riding and wheeling at night. every pair of lights has it's own fuse. However is it possible to put one or two batteries in the trunk? and connect most (if not all) lights to those batteries in the trunk? And as for the 4 I have now, they are not connected to my headlights or anything else. I've checked fuses grounds basically everything. -493

Ok thanks I'm gonna give them a call hopefully they'll have diamond plate steel along with the tubing. And what about skid plates? I was told I had to make a custom bumper, which i don't mind doing but is it worth it? Thanks -439 -

Someone tried to steal my Loyale >:/
DC493 replied to DC493's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
I'll post up pics as soon as I can. Steering wheel does not have to come off I just need to get the ignition out so I can replace it and not have to start my car with a screw driver haha. -
About two nights ago somebody broke into my Loyale and tried to rip off the ignition and they basically destroyed it. I cleaned it up a bit to where I can start it with a screw driver but I don't want to have it like this for long. How do I take the steering wheel and that whole assembly out?? Thanks in Advance!
