  1. Corky, I may be wrong, but I thought that the 1st year they made type-r's was MY97?
  2. Again, I'm not too knowledgeable either, but IIRC, reving to 3k will help cool the engine. Faster revs = more water moved by pump = better cooling. HTH
  3. Faster than a Legacy turbo? Really? That sounds kinda unlikely to me...
  4. Is there even such a thing as a '94 Loyale? I thought the last ones were made in '92, but correct me if I'm wrong....
  5. Yeah, I know the legover isn't exactly Old-skool (Although some people call my GC8 that! ) but it's my first "real" project. As for the RX - I've always got an eye out for one
  6. I only see three under your name.
  7. Well, I've finally registered w/ USMB, the very first Subaru message board I ever visited. I first lurked here almost two years ago. Anywayz, I ended up on Nasioc, which was great - I drive an RS - but I've always itched to do something fun w/ a real old skool Scooby. This winter, I'll hopefully be starting on my first real project - '91 Legacy wagon. I'm going to attempt a FWD 4eat --> AWD 5mt conversion, and after that I'm going to try to buy an RX. Wish me luck, James
