do you have an 02 sensor then you might have a feedback. well any way the est resort for me was to rebuild the darn thing it is the best option external cleaners dont work you need to get in there and clean the jets

this is the most ive posted in a while. well when i have the key on and have not started the car there is this erie rapid ticking like a relay rapidly opening and closing near the carb n the motor bay and btw this car is full stock so any ideas im just trying to fix all the stuff on my car while i have cash:D

cant think of an easy and cheap way its either elbow grease or pay someone else to do it. i just washed and waxed my 85 hatch two less doors still alot of work

ok good news it works i pulled that connector off and well it was corroded to hell. so i took some sand paper and cleaned up and started the car got it hot and... the fan kicked on! so i will be replacing the fan soon when i have cash to spend on it but as of right now it works and that's all i need thanks for the prompt help guys:D

ok i tested my fan i just hot wired it to the batt and it worked just fine im a little confused on how to disconnect the sensor and were it is. is it on the back right above what looks to be a plug or some were else also i omed the rad ground wire and it had came out good

ok im going to say this i think its my fan i cant hear it run anymore it used to sound like it was grinding rocks so i think its not but my dad asked if it could be a coolant sensor and i don't know if there is. so my question is is there a coolant temp sensor if so how do i check to see if its working right

well i got my carb working forgot to readjust the idel fuel air mix but my car has started to overheat im think its my rad fan ill be working on that now ill star a new thread for that after some searching if need be

ya its a ea-81 I don't think its the float i just cleaned all of that

ok i just re-built my hibachi on my 85 gl hatch and its fiered right up i was happy went and locked up the house to go for a drive and i pull out of drive and i let off the gas check that its idling it was. then i give it gas to take off and it dies now it wont start. what should i do? a little more info i look i got fuel in the float bowl and im getting spark so that's not the issue im pretty shur i have no vac leeks. any help would be appreciated also need this up and running by tomorrow so please help me
