  1. By the way, what does the neutral switch do? I wouldn't think it has a light for being in neutral, but I don't see why it needs one..
  2. Thanks for the info! It will be going on an 89 GL. Just need to know now to which connector the #1 (reverse) and #2 (neutral) switches goes to. Female receptacle (white plug) and male connector (black plug).
  3. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me identify which wire goes to which switch and what each one does. I was able to identify one. Also, the wiring broke off the switch. Is there a place that has re-manufactured these switches or are the only place to find them is in wrecking yards? Any help would be appreciated. Bryan
  4. Would anyone be able to identify the 5spd dual range wiring switches? Thanks!

  6. Pretty cool pics still for a cell phone camera Jesse. I've got some cool video of your car I'll put together later. Great video from Grant in his dash cam. Take it easy`
  7. Thanks! Feel free to use for a video. You're welcomed to use me in the credits. I'll be making a video also of the run soon. See you on the next drive! Bryan
  8. Here are the photos! I'll be creating a short film in the next couple weeks hopefully. You can find the high resolutions here. The pw is the manufacture for the GL 4WD. http://www.bryandudas.com/Other/December-8-2012-Christmas-Tree/27004715_NhKnLq#!p=1&n=24
  9. Ouch David! I'm surprised it didn't snow that night or the next morning. Was a loud trip home I imagine with the muffler missing. Hope to catch you on the next one.
  10. Forgot to mention the Cadillac behind me that almost hit me was also a victim passing the blind corner following the Escalade. He had to squeeze behind me in order to not get killed. retards.. Editing photos..
  11. Good times guys! Just arrived back in Bellingham. I'll post pictures when I get a chance. 3 hours sleep last night wasn't enough Almost got killed driving down the mountain.. white escalade suv decided to pass on a blind with oncoming car.. He squeezed in front of me... only seconds later a black Cadillac suv nearly bashes me in the rear while I am applying breaks for the white escalade in front of me slowing down and nearly missing the oncoming traffic. I pretty much showed them up with front and rear spot lights beaming in their faces. Not big fan of reckless hip hop white trash!!
  12. It simply isn't water tight, but silicone and rubber grommets is best I could come up with including hole for wiring going to the ammo box. It is what it is:)
  13. That's right Ken1! I was there with you guys in 2006 or 7! Looking forward again and once for all!
  14. Thanks! Basically everything from under the passenger dash including ecu and relays were relocated to the ammo box in the engine bay. No need having to work under dashboard anymore:)
  15. Little update to continue this thread being the new owner of legendary Scooby Climbs 84' Subaru GL... I went with the: K&N Apollo Cold Air Intake Systems Universal & Stone For 96-03 Toyota 90 series Landcruiser Prado Snorkel Air Intake Snorkeling Most challenging part was getting everything to fit and find the proper adapters, but I found some at the local hardware store and in my tool box. Also had to reroute one of the hoses from the idle control valve and had to relocate one of the plastic fittings on the intake piping. They say that the intake head is designed to be in forward position with escape channels that the ram air forces the dissipated water particles to drain from, but I don't trust it and drive with it faced aft just in case. Other wise, I have not integrated a drain hole yet. As long as I periodically clean the air filter it should be fine. Anyways enjoy the pictures! Bryan
