i have still arranged with mcbrat for all fo that. i can have the van and trailer lined up. what i was going to do is have you send a money order to the guy with the 2 soobs. i have his phone number in my car still. i will have to give that to you.

 

the only thing i am not certain of is having the gas money to go, since i havent worked or made no money, and i by myself cant come up with 200 bucks.

if you need those tapes for your own defense, then you should be allowed access to them.

 

I suggest that you submit the entire collection of tapes as evidence, and insist on viewing them in court in sequence to "demonstrate" why you need the last ones. that might scare them into giving them to you!

Trust me, we don't wanna be introducin' the whole mess of tapes into a court of law. That's FORTY-ONE HOURS.

jury trial set for oct 17, 2004. dammit i will be another year older. i personally think the courts will f* up with my multiple cases. wouldnt be surprised if next year rolls around before i see the judge, or my lawyer for that matter. see you in fort wayne
