Hello everyone!

So I am a old time member been a member since i was 16 or 17, now i am 22 so about 6 years or so. Some of you know me and some I am sure have no clue. I thought i would post up and show everyone what i have been up to in the last 6 years.

So my very first subaru was this awesome 87 Gl wagon, its what got me in to subarus and what has caused the madness. I spent waayyy to much money on this thing, but loved it and dot regret it at all.

I then sold it to some kid who wrecked all of its beauty. but I moved on... I then went to the dark side and got a toyota for wheeling fun!

I got really tired of the toyota even though i had lees problems with it then my subaru haha. I moved to Colorado in this thing, but then i drove back to WA in order to pick up this beautiful 86' RX sedan with a WRX turbo and intercooler.

This was great and all until a person at a party got really drunk and slammed his head in to it. which created a huge dent. I then slowly got tired of it as well... I had a better job so it was time to upgrade...

Plans:

Took of that silly home depot made hood scoop and getting new hood for it.

Got new door for it since the old was was rusted out.

took the third light out. Getting new lights for it.

Roof rack with off road lights and throw the spare tire up there

Rino line the back of it.

Paint it something silly and awesome.

cover it in +hp making stickers.

BIGGER tires! yea! wider and taller

Eventually way down the road it needs to go EJ powered.

Currently its needing a new transmission, missing third gear.. Its very interesting to drive.

I find it funny that with all the bada** rides youve had since your first subaru you still have that picture as your avatar. Its a wagon thing man.

Yea kingbobdole said it was eyesores old hatch. It does have the LED lights. They are a bit worn out now.. I may replace them. There is a lot that needs to be replaced in this thing. The previous owner didnt do much of anything to keep her in good shape.

  • 2 weeks later...

Wow pretty sweet rides, and tough luck on the wagon, saw a similar paint job on a Sooby in Lyons today or rather Sunday... As well as a gem of a wagon... late 70s or so would be my guess.
