Is subaru planning on a new wagon Legacy?

Not in the US. They sell every outback they make so it didnt make sense to a small company.

In Canada too. I was hoping to see, a sleek new Legacy wagon

It would be nice if Subaru would listen to what some of the people want.....please bring back the FWD/Selectable dual range 4wd.
