I have wanted one of these for some time. I has an automatic tranny and AWD. It also has a blown headgasket. I have only had ea82 powered subies so this is going to be a learning experience. The car iooks very good. Very clean and rust free. Even the engine is spotless. I wonder how many new japanese cuss words I will need to learn?

It is a turbo. I will know more when I get it home.

I thought the 'touring wagon = turbo' - Per CARS101.com.

 

I'd also be suspicious of an actual HG issue....check all the other options related to the cooling system 1st.

Ok got it home. It does pump antifreeze out the tailpipe. Runs ok for very short time. Will get some picts as soon as rain stops. Took a look under hood and (OS). I don't know where to start.

Oh well.
