Kabuki idlers?

Featured Replies

Last week I was looking for idlers and water pump for my son's 97 Lego.

Mizumoauto on ebay had a kit that was supposed to come with NTN or GMB idlers and tensioner roller.

I got the kit today and it was all "Kabuki" Never heard of them, and suspect they are some no name Chinese rebrand.

Anyone had any experience with these or the ebay seller Mizumoauto?

I seem to recall hearing good reviews of Mizumoauto. Suggest you get in touch with them and ask what gives?

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

I believe others here have used them.

I stick with theimportexperts myself. Seem to be GMB and NTN stuff mostly.

Prices are about the same. So I keep dealing the same place until I get burned. I'm guessing I've purchased over 50 sets from them. Mostly for Subaru's.

The seller emailed me and said Kabuki is a re brander of GMB and NTN parts. Sure enough, when I looked closely at the seals, they are stamped NTN.

The water pump is Evergreen brand,. Guess I'll give it a try,

If you look at the bearing seal it will be an NTN bearing. Who cares who made the metal bits that the bearing is inserted into....

I've used plenty of the Kabuki branded idlers from mizumo - they are fine.
