Rear Storage Compartment Question

Featured Replies

Hi guys. I'm over from the Older Gen Forum crowd. I remeber in a mid-90's Outback I had there was a plastic floor tray in the rear storage compartment. Anyone know if one of those plastic trays would fit in an EA81 wagon. I think all the Legacy and Forrester models had them.

I don't mean the under floor tray. I just mean the thin plastic tray exposed in cargo area that lays on top of the carpet.

I know what you are talking about. It should be cheap enough to find one in a wrecking yard. You may need to cut it down in size a bit to make it fit, but that would be easy enough to do.

I think he is talking about the thing that covers the spare in the trunk.

there's no way it will fit. the picture doesn't even fit on my monitor.

Nice. Yeah, that was an awfully large picture. Gone.

I have one in my ea81 wagon out of a 97 legacy outback. I had to cut it down around the the wheel arches and the hatch latch, but other than that it fit's awesome!
