My abs light is on and im trying to get the code now.. I pluged the pins in 3 & 6 but the car just flashes the abs light a single time and thats it

flashes a single time - so that would be a code 10 right? is that a viable ABS code?

 

*** edit, looks like that's not a viable code or is just the normal code.

 

is the system actually powered up? the relay and fuses are in and working?

 

The 20A fuse in car is good

 

How do you clear the codes it might work to give me another code

Just cleared it so we will see

 

cleared the code and only 26 came back.. Right Rear sensor.. i'd have to check it when I take the wheels off

ON a subaru 99% of the time an ABS light is just a bad wheel sensor or tone ring. The sensor has to be a perfect cylinder shape. They can erode and that will throw a code too.

Where is the plug where the sensor plugs in?

Anyone know? is it connected under the hood or someplace under the car? I just want to get an ohm reading.

Remove the rear seat and it is obvious.
