Anyone on the megasquirt?

Featured Replies

Just doing some reading up on the megasquirt kit ECU's, has anybody made one and run their (series2(hotwire)) EA82T with it? If so, what was the result?

It sounds like a decent unit and also sounds like it is flexible enough to run the standard optical dizzy and IAC valve.

any feedback and experiences would be great...

thanks.

I'm in the process of hooking it up on my brat, (That's a 2.2) I would email the company, they were very helpful, and could tell you what you would have to do to run the disty, and the IAC. (if you can) Also the build your own kits weren't all that bad to put together, just don't put the led's in backwards, and only work on it while you are fully awake and focused  I know that from experience. Also the wiring is pretty simple, I just need to get on it and finish mine.

Interesting, thanks.

So...how do they pickup MAP signals on this when the EA82T doesnt have a MAP sensor?

And I thought the MAF meter actually had an IAT already...

Does anyone have the april 06 subiesport magazine?
