old coupe, 70s era, put a ej22 and awd drive train in it.

i know thw motor is too wide- i have ways around that, has anyone seen this done?

I have one I'm fixing, it's pretty clean body-wise, almost no rust, was a California car, then a barn-car-find here in missouri.

 

originally a 1.4, now a 1.6L AWD 4spd. I'm fixing the body up as time progresses, but I'm moving to Ireland in April, so I'm not sure how it'll turn out, I'll likely end up selling it. I have an EJ22 sitting around, that would go with it...

I'm doing up the body properly, there's too much bondo on it now, the original "owner" just frenched everything in with inches of bondo, but the body is actually very straight. I should be posting progress pics soon-ish :3
