March 28, 201214 yr Anyone out there using rock sliders? I've been thinking about installing some on my car after the lift. Not so much for protection but more for jacking points on the car since the only jack that works anymore is a hi lift.

March 29, 201214 yr someone a long time ago had taken some Forester side tubes and added them to a hatchback... I think they were mounted through the floor with a piece of angle iron inside for support. you could drill holes through the frame rails for a strong mount point...
March 29, 201214 yr Author you could drill holes through the frame rails for a strong mount point... That's my plan. I'll probably use rectangle tubing for the slider portion instead of round tubing though.
April 3, 201213 yr thinking I might add in some sliders as well...anyone else done this to a brat or the likes?
